The length of each PSA should be between 3 – 5 Minutes (not including the 10 second slate, see below).

All entries should begin with a 10 second full-screen slate (or “title screen”) that includes the following information:

Lead Producer’s name

School name

School city

Title of PSA

Each PSA must have one Lead Producer.

It must be submitted under only one name and any prizes will be awarded to the named Lead Producer only. Participants can choose to divide the prize on their own terms if they choose.

There is no entry fee.

Winners will be announced shortly after submission.

All entries must be submitted in digital format.

No copyrighted materials (music, images, etc.) may be used for this contest unless you own the copyright or have a license to use the material for this contest. Written permission must be obtained and provided upon request for all copyrighted materials.

No professional assistance is allowed.

All appropriate forms must be submitted by the deadline, March 30, 2013, in order for an entry to be considered in the contest. Forms include a signed Parent Permission Form and an Actor Release Form for each person who appears in your video. These forms can be mailed to:

The only compensation for submitting a video is the opportunity to be awarded a prize if the entry wins. www.AeroSoftCorp.com will pay filmmakers no additional compensation nor be liable to the filmmaker under any circumstances.

Awards will be presented as follows:

Certificates shall be issued to all participants.

Students should keep at least one copy of their PSA.

Ownership of the underlying intellectual property of the project remains with the AeroSoft Corp, with the following exceptions:

Participant grant AeroSoft Corp the right to use their names, photographs, statements, quotes, testimonials, and video submissions for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without notification or further compensation.

Participant also grant AeroSoft Corp the right to use, reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, and/or display the entrant’s project video without further compensation or notification to the AeroSoft Corp.

AeroSoft Corp maintains the right to reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, display, or exhibit the project for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes on their website, at conferences, or at any other venues.

By accepting the prizes, winners agree to hold AeroSoft Corp and all AeroSoft Corp employees harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of such prizes.

Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused from participation in the contest or use / redemption of any prize.

Entrants agree to be bound by the official contest rules and decisions of the judges.
